Outpatient | Office‑Based | Weekdays Only | Training & Ongoing Support Provided Base Salary: Base salary + Productivity Bonus Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management Travel: Some travel between clinic sites A Specialty Role with Real Support Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here . We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office‑based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care. No pain management experience required ~2 weeks of hands‑on initial training Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone What This Role Is Really About Our patients live with chronic pain and often need providers who listen, explain, and guide them through their care. Success in this role depends on: Empathy and patience Ability to educate and set expectations Comfort with office‑based outpatient visits If you bring professionalism and compassion, we will train you on the specialty.
