Psychiatry Physician

Job Title: Full-Time Clinical Psychiatrist (Hybrid) Up to $490K+

Required Skills:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative care approach
• Experience with medically complex or hospitalized patients preferred

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
• Prior experience with inpatient consults or outpatient management
• Experience working with patients coping with trauma, chronic illness, or complex diagnoses

Other Requirements:

• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
• License and certification requirements as per internal job description

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $490,000+ annually (includes base salary, signing bonus, retention bonus, productivity incentives, supervision stipends, equity grant)
• No on-call requirements, ensuring predictable hours and personal time

• Optional stipends for supervising psychiatric nurse practitioners
