VytlOne has an exciting opening for an experienced, full-time, customer focused Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to work within one of the Maxor National Pharmacy Services network of managed clinic-based pharmacies in the Chelsea area of New York City. The estimated compensation for this role is $26-28/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take prescription orders

Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.

Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers

Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked

Answer the phone

Input customer information into the computer system

Qualifications

Flexible to cover shifts between 8am-9pm

Current PTCB Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment

2+ years retail pharmacy experience; experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.

Computer experience mandatory

Proven track record of exemplary customer service

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus

Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
