Responsibilities Assisting in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports for senior management. Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Supporting procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract management. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Facilitating effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. Assisting in the resolution of project‑related issues and challenges. Qualifications A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the data centre or commercial construction sector. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with strong problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices. A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Day‑to‑Day Collaborating with project managers and team members to track project progress and address any issues. Attending project meetings and preparing detailed meeting minutes. Reviewing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Conducting site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure quality standards are met. Communicating with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges. Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and updates for stakeholders.
