Electrical Superintendent

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to join our growing Houston team.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead all field operations for commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical construction projects.
• Manage and supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Owners, and General Contractors.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements, local codes, and project specifications.
• Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Current Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
