Part-Time, Long-Term Role

Established, physician-owned pediatric practice serving Hudson County families is hiring an experienced provider looking to reduce clinical hours without stepping away from patient care.

Ideal for someone past the early-career buildup phase, you've already established your career and are looking for a sustainable, lower-intensity practice setting for the long term, not a stepping stone or a high-volume production role.

• 2-3-day/week schedule, built for providers reducing hours, not building toward full-time.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years pediatric experience.
• Seeking a stable, long-term part-time practice, not a bridge to another role.
• NJ license (or eligible).
