Grizzly Graphics is a local Albuquerque apparel decorating company looking for a dependable and enthusiastic person to join our production team.

Experience in screen printing, heat press, apparel printing, graphics, signs, or general print production is a plus, but not required. DTF experience is NOT required — we are willing to train the right person.

This position will primarily focus on Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and apparel production. If you have worked in screen printing or another area of the printing industry and are interested in learning DTF, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn and assist with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and production
• Prepare artwork and files for production
• Operate DTF printing equipment after training
• Inspect prints and transfers for quality and accuracy
• Assist with heat pressing and apparel production
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Check in incoming merchandise and customer orders
• Prepare completed orders for pickup or shipment
• Keep production and work areas clean and organized

• Willing and excited to learn new equipment and processes
• Comfortable working with computers
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Screen printing, graphics, heat press, apparel decorating, or print-shop experience is helpful but not required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stay organized in a busy production environment
