Requirements Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated sales performance with a verifiable track record; automotive sales experience not required. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to execute a plan, not just a hustle. Professional presentation and polished client-facing presence. Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools. Required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
