This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney with a strong background in venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, and complex transactions. Position Overview We are looking for an associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience specializing in business and transactional work. Ideal candidates will have experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. Familiarity with Latin American corporate matters is a significant plus. Key Qualifications 2+ years of relevant corporate M&A experience in a law firm setting. Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents. Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. JD required. Preference for candidates fluent or proficient in Spanish.
