JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, this position is responsible for driving student recruitment and enrollment. Manages a caseload of prospective students, leads recruitment efforts within assigned territories, and provides personalized admissions support through to academic handoff. Works closely with campus teams to ensure coverage for events and contributes to training and development across the recruitment team. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Outreach Lead territory-based recruitment efforts through high school visits, college fairs, and campus events. Cultivate and maintain relationships with counselors, community partners, and external organizations. Represent the college at public engagements to promote enrollment when asked. Admissions Processing Interview with new students, provide career advisement, assist students with the full admissions process, and review student applications for admission. Provide guidance on admissions requirements, financial aid, and possible scholarships. Use CRM/SIS systems to track, document, and communicate with prospective students using the provided contact strategy. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred OR an associate degree with four (4) years of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment, and/or retention initiatives in a post‑secondary setting preferred. Knowledge of higher education student services, including admissions and registration procedures, preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and student information platforms preferred.
