Senior Tax Manager

Location: York County, PA (hybrid/remote flexibility)
Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000, depending on experience


About the Opportunity


A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the York area is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead complex client relationships and help shape its tax practice. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth families, lead and develop teams, and have a real path to Director or Partner.


What You'll Do

• Oversee a large portfolio of complex business and individual clients
• Provide final-level review of complex returns and planning deliverables
• Lead tax planning, entity structuring, and transaction-related tax work
• Address multistate, trust, and specialty tax matters as needed
• Represent clients before taxing authorities
• Manage engagement economics, billing, and realization
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, seniors, and staff
• Drive business development and expand existing relationships

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus
• 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license (required)
• Deep technical knowledge of pass-through, corporate, and individual taxation
• A track record of managing teams and client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development
• Uncompromising integrity

• Base salary of $115,000 - $145,000, depending on experience
