Base pay range $23.00/yr - $26.00/yr Junior Research Analyst at AEJ Consulting Work with a Tier 1 Bank as an Operational Risk Analyst within their Global Banking & Markets Operational Risk team! This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with experience in operational resilience and business continuity, focused on enhancing risk management and contingency planning across regional operations. Responsibilities Lead initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of operational resilience programmes Oversee certification and completeness of business continuity plans across regions Coordinate resilience assurance activities, including scenario testing, simulations, and training exercises aligned with regulatory requirements Monitor compliance with regional operational resilience guidelines Manage projects to improve risk management tools, processes, and response capabilities Skills & Experience Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or risk management within financial services Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders Proven ability to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and task management Interest in data-driven decision-making, including familiarity with data visualisation tools If this position is a fit for your skillset, please apply and we will be in touch!
