Licenses/Certifications: Current LA PT license required

Experience: 1+ years in specialty areas preferred

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload independently across inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
• Provide therapy for diverse diagnoses including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and medically complex patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems like EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
• Support patient recovery through personalized therapy interventions
• Participate in departmental meetings and adhere to hospital protocols
• Maintain professional standards in documentation, safety, and patient care

What You Need

• Required:
• Current Louisiana PT license
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Experience with complex patient populations (preferred but not mandatory)
• Preferred:
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Experience with EMR systems like EPIC, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
