Als Lageradministrator/in berichten Sie an den Schichtleiter Lager und führen alle administrativen Aufgaben aus, die erforderlich sind, um den täglichen Betrieb im Lager erfolgreich zu bewältigen. Hauptaufgaben: Erstellung und Vorbereitung von eingehenden und ausgehenden Dokumenten, einschließlich Archivierung Ansprechpartner/in für die täglichen administrativen Geschäfte unserer Kunden im Lagerbereich Abwicklung der Fahrerregistrierung, Überprüfung und Erfassung der Begleitdokumente Verantwortlich für die damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben wie Registrierung der Siegelnummer, Unterzeichnung/Überprüfung/Prüfung des CMR und Registrierung von ein- und ausgehenden Waren Verwaltung der reibungslosen Dokumentation der Ablage und Rechnungsprüfung der empfangenen Waren Tägliche Aufgaben umfassen Buchungen von ein- und ausgehenden Waren (intern und extern) Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit dem Kundenservice, externen Dienstleistern und dem Transportteam über ein- und ausgehende Waren Verantwortlich für die Bestellung von Büromaterialien und Lagerartikeln wie Verbrauchsmaterialien, PSA und Arbeitskleidung etc. Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Berichterstattung einer Leistungsdatei für denselben Tag Vorbereitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangsdatei während der letzten Schicht Aktive Unterstützung zur Erreichung der Gruppen-KPIs Unterstützung bei Inventurprüfungen Das Aufgabengebiet wird durch die aktive Teilnahme an Prozessoptimierungen und Kundenimplementierungen abgerundet Sicherstellung einer sicheren, geschützten und sauberen Arbeitsumgebung Gesuchtes Profil: Vorerfahrung in einer administrativen Rolle im Lagerbereich ist sehr wünschenswert Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten innerhalb des Teams und mit Vorgesetzten Teamplayer, Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen und innerhalb der Organisation Sinn für Dringlichkeit und Antrieb, Dinge zu erledigen Proaktive, professionelle und praxisorientierte Einstellung Flexibilität zur Schichtarbeit (einschließlich Nachtschichten, Wochenenden und Feiertagen bei Bedarf) Fähigkeit, sich in einer sich ständig ändernden Umgebung zurechtzufinden MS Office (Excel, Outlook und Word, Fähigkeit, neue Systeme zu erlernen) Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache (schriftlich und mündlich) *** As a Warehouse Administrator you will be reporting to Warehouse Shift Leader and performing all the administrative tasks required to successfully achieve daily operations in the warehouse. Main Responsibilities: Drafting and preparing inbound and outbound documents including archiving You are the contact person for the day-to-day administrative business of our customers in the warehouse area Handling the driver registration, check, and record the accompanying documents. You are responsible for the related administrative tasks such as registration of seal number, signing/checking/proofing CMR and registration of incoming and outgoing goods Managing the smooth documentation of the filing and invoice verification of the received goods Your daily tasks include incoming and outgoing goods postings (internal and external) You regularly coordinate with the customer service, external service providers and Transport team on incoming and outgoing goods You are responsible for ordering office supplies and warehouse articles such as Consumables, PPE ́s and work clothes etc. You are responsible for the preparation and reporting of a load performance file of the same day Preparation of the inbound and outbound file during the last shift Actively supporting the achievement of the group KPIs. Supporting inventory checks The area of responsibility is rounded off by active participation in process optimizations and customer implementations You assure to maintain a safe, secure and clean work environment. We are looking for: Previous Experience in an administrative role in the warehouse environment is highly desirable Excellent communication skills within the team and superiors Team player, the ability to work with others and through people and the organization Sense of urgency and drive to get things done Pro-active, professional, and hands-on mentality Flexible to work in shifts (incl. night shifts, weekends, and Bank holidays if req.)
