Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification (NBCOT) required
• Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
• Must present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee across a Monday–Friday schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
