Location: Downtown Houston – River Oaks, Houston, TX
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

weMED is a beautiful, patient-centered holistic and integrative medicine clinic dedicated to supporting wellness through a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to healthcare. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and personable Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and help maintain an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable managing office operations, working with electronic health record (EHR) systems, assisting with administrative duties, and being on their feet throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Manage front-office operations, scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and administrative workflows.
• Work confidently within electronic health record (EHR) systems, including managing patient records and supporting accurate documentation.
• Assist with general office duties and provide hands-on support to the team as needed.
• Help coordinate staff activities, manage daily priorities, and maintain smooth clinic operations.
• Deliver excellent, professional, and compassionate patient service.
• Maintain organized office systems, records, supplies, and workflows.
• Support clinic policies, patient privacy, and applicable healthcare compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing or running a medical office or clinic is required.
• Demonstrated experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable in a hands-on role that requires standing, walking, and remaining on your feet for extended periods throughout the day.
• Willingness to assist with both managerial responsibilities and day-to-day office duties.
• Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance are required.
• A professional, friendly, patient-focused attitude and a strong sense of accountability.

Experience in holistic, integrative, functional, or wellness-focused medicine is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $25–$28 , based on experience and qualifications.
• Paid time off (PTO) available after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
• Medical benefits available after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

This is an on-site position at our Downtown Houston, River Oaks location only .
