Full-Time Temporary - Administrative Representative

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Representative. The Administrative Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support. This position is a Full Time Temporary position (90 days) located in Metairie, LA 70002 working 40 hours a week Monday through Friday. The starting rate of pay is $18.00/hr based on a 40 hour workweek Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm This will be a temporary position lasting up to 90 days*** Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $39 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully‑staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, data entry, and organizing file systems to maintain productivity Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing Prepare reports, collect and organize data Conduct special projects and ad‑hoc reporting as needed. Assist the department to retrieve, print, copy, distribute, file and ensure proper retention of reports and departmental paperwork Maintain the filing system and reports in an accurate, systematic and timely manner Maintain confidentiality and security of all activities and records Handle basic data entry. Perform miscellaneous and backup job‑related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Must have at least 1 year of prior administrative support experience Must have Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for tracking and reporting. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years. No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years Must be available to work a FT temporary 90 day assignment Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
