This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact, working onsite with a diverse student population in an urban setting. With a 30-hour work week, you’ll collaborate with fellow professionals to support students’ success and growth throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania OT license/certification (documentation required during application)
• School-based occupational therapy experience is essential
• Comfortable and effective working within a dynamic urban setting
• Ready to work exclusively onsite (no remote options)
• Experience supporting a K-12 caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Willing to obtain all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start date
• This position is not open to COTAs

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster academic and functional achievement
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student potential
• Maintain thorough records, evaluation data, and progress reports in line with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings, offering professional input and advocacy for student needs
• Commit to the full contract term, engaging in ongoing professional communication
