\nLocation: Levittown, NY
\nSalary: $100,000 to $115,000

\n \nTier 3 MSP Escalations
\n \nWe are an established Long Island Managed Services Provider hiring a System Administrator Level 3 to join a fifteen person Escalations team.
\n \nThis is a senior technical role for an experienced MSP engineer who enjoys solving the issues other technicians cannot. You will take ownership of complex escalations across systems, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, backups, and client infrastructure while also contributing to automation and infrastructure projects.
\n \nYou will serve as a Tier 3 technical resource across the organization, working closely with service, projects, security, compliance, and leadership teams.
\n \nWhat You Will Own
\n• Resolve advanced Tier 3 escalations across client systems, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, backups, and applications
\n• Perform root cause analysis and determine the right path to resolution through troubleshooting, research, vendor support, or engineering changes
\n• Build PowerShell scripts and RMM automations for remediation, software deployment, vulnerability management, and new services
\n• Troubleshoot advanced networking issues involving firewalls, switching, routing, wireless, VPNs, and security configurations
\n• Support backup, disaster recovery, restores, recovery testing, and failed backup remediation
\n• Assist with server deployments, virtualization, firewall replacements, network segmentation, VLANs, and infrastructure upgrades
\n• Document troubleshooting, resolutions, and technical recommendations clearly for clients and internal teams
\n \nWhat We Are Looking For
\n• MSP experience supporting multiple client environments is required
\n• Strong Tier 3 troubleshooting experience across systems, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, backups, and infrastructure
\n• Advanced Microsoft administration across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud environments
\n• Strong networking and firewall experience, including Cisco and SonicWall technologies
\n• Hands on virtualization experience with VMware and exposure to Citrix environments
\n• Experience supporting cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring
\n• PowerShell scripting or automation experience strongly preferred
\n• Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA, RMM, and MSP service delivery platforms
\n• Ability to independently diagnose complex issues and drive them through resolution
\n• Strong client communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills
\n• Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA, or similar certifications are a plus
