Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to adult patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury
• Maintain a patient caseload consistent with a 5:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Experience working with adult neurological and orthopedic patient populations
• Ability to work a day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient acute rehabilitation or IRF setting
• Familiarity with treatment of neuro and orthopedic diagnoses in an adult population
