Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Flexible Schedule

Salary: $26–$31 per hour

Able Minds ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to providing high-quality ABA services that make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect accurate data and complete session notes in a timely manner

• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing (preferred)

• Behavior Technician experience encouraged to apply

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes
