This role will focus on commercial real estate matters, with a strong preference for candidates who also have experience supporting mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents Supporting asset and equity transactions Conducting due diligence Assisting with entity structuring Managing deal closings from start to finish Qualifications The ideal candidate has a strong transactional foundation, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals while working closely with clients and senior attorneys.
