You will apply Radio Frequency (RF) engineering principles to support analysis, and process support for legacy and emerging technologies. Familiarization with a wide variety of systems including radars would be a positive.What You'll Get to Do:Troubleshooting and performance evaluation of older test sets to include test set modification with documentationSupport production floor operators and test technicians in a timely fashionDesign and integration of new test setsUnit under test evaluationsDocumenting test proceduresGenerate technical reports, track and report on performanceReporting comms status to Program Managers and IPT ManagementBasic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM discipline with 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM disciplineExperience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.Experience with software development using languages such as C++, Python, MATLAB, etc.Experience with troubleshooting and debugging test softwareAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearanceU.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:Current/Active U.S. Government Secret ClearancePrevious design or testing experienceFamiliarity with Labview and/or MATLAB programming and troubleshootingProficiency in Technical TroubleshootingExperience in Software DevelopmentNorthrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
