Create and implement customized treatment plans for students with various communication disorders. Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings. Keep detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions. Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success. Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights on speech and language needs. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to deliver high-quality care. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Maryland license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) is preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines. Dedication to helping students reach their full potential. Additional Information: This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week. The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12.
