AIC - Warehouse Materials & Inventory Specialist

The Warehouse Materials & Inventory Specialist position is located in Canonsburg, PA. This full‑time role requires handling materials, inventory, and logistical support for job sites and vendors. Responsibilities Validating and receiving material into SAP. Locating materials on specified job shelves. Pulling, packaging, and shipping approved materials to job sites and vendors using WMS software. Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and/or overhead cranes. Preparing large project skids for shipping by wrapping ends and instruments and enclosing the entire skid in heat‑shrink plastic. Pulling project‑related materials from job shelves onto pallets using SAP reports and making them available to the shop floor for assembly. Building crates and pallets as needed. Performing general cleaning, such as sweeping floors, emptying trash, and keeping the cubicle clean. Picking up supplies, materials, and other site‑related items as necessary using a company vehicle. Using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for computer applications. Performing other duties as assigned. Skill Requirements Expert in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SAP. Experience with WMS. Experience operating a forklift. Overhead crane experience, steel and nylon banders. Proficiency with general power tools, including saws, drills, and wrenches.
