UX Designer

Job Title: Senior Motion Designer & Animator


Position Overview


Create compelling animations and visual stories while bringing complex information, statistics, charts, and infographics to life. This role combines strong animation and motion design capabilities with visual design expertise to support a variety of animation and video needs.


The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling skills, an eye for visual design, and the ability to work across animation, storyboarding, video editing, audio editing, presentation design, and data visualization.


What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Create animations and visual stories using After Effects.
• Support animation and video needs while complementing other team members' creative work.
• Design storyboard frames and develop composition and layout concepts using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Translate technical concepts into conceptual visual designs.
• Design within established brand guidelines.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, color, iconography, and illustration across a wide range of visual styles.
• Perform video and audio editing.
• Transform complex statistics, charts, and infographics into clean animations and data visualizations.
• Create effective presentation designs.
• Apply creative problem-solving skills to design challenges.
• Address feedback and ask questions when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the team and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Use AI tools, including Claude and Codex, to expedite and enhance design work.

Required Qualifications

• Strong animation, motion design, and storytelling skills using After Effects.
• Strong Figma skills.
• Experience designing storyboard frames, including composition and layout.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into conceptual designs.
• Ability to design within brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, iconography, and illustration.
• Ability to produce a wide range of visual styles.
• Video editing and audio editing capabilities.
• Understanding of data visualization and the ability to turn complex statistics, charts, and infographics into clean animations.
• Presentation design capabilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to address feedback and ask questions when needed.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Experience using AI tools, including Claude and Codex, to expedite and enhance design.
• Extremely proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
