NPI Coordinator/Project Manager

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time NPI Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team in Mossville, IL OR East Peoria, IL! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage sourcing projects for iron castings and machined iron castings from quote through production launch
Lead RFQ activities, analyze supplier quotes, and evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to support sourcing decisions
Coordinate supplier transitions, tooling moves, and buffer inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted production
Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Supplier Development teams to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives
Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables while providing regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders
Support supplier readiness, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred AND 5+ years of experience OR
Associate’s Degree AND 7+ years of experience OR
Master’s Degree AND 3+ years of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Direct Material Procurement and/or Supply Chain Background
Experience in heavy machinery equipment industry is desired

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

Communication and Collaboration across different teams
