Regional FF Implementation Manager (m/f/x) Type of assignment Full-time Regular Function Support function - Logistic & Transport Solutions Design Job title Regional FF Implementation Manager (m/f/x) Responsibilities Engaging all functional departments on defined Global FF implementation project, defining and assigning internal deliverables to EUROPE countries. Work closely with customers' project leader on implementation, leading external meetings/conferences, coordinating multiple activities, etc. Collaborate closely with internal regional counterparts for other than EUROPE related activities and lead internal meetings as well as coordinating different activities with Account Management, IT or Business Solution. Keep the momentum during the implementation phase, communicate progress, and follow up on continuous improvement plans over the project period, finalizing with a detailed delivery to account management and operations. Ensure the project timeline and going live are achieved. Gather implementation scope to understand & build customer requirements with the support of stakeholders. Check and confirm profitability of business award. Drive proper & sustainable execution of the proposed solutions to the customer. Lead implementation projects via standard tools and processes. Secure the use and sharing of best practices. Control and improve service quality by developing new standards in the process. Identify risks, opportunities and lead corrective actions associated with the project. Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the implementation process, share knowledge of further customer requirements. Monitor and oversee the pre-implementation tender material and provide feedback to the related internal stakeholders. Lead and manage regional and country implementation projects. Set up and manage communication tools for project visibility. Facilitate engagement with key stakeholders and the customer. Record and communicate risks and scope changes. Document customer requirements in a Customer Standard Operating Procedure. Possess technical and business knowledge of configuration strategies relative to application solutions supported. Oversee preparation of customer training and documentation materials. Provide regular reporting. Keep abreast of developments in the field. Applicant's profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience within freight forwarding and project management. Certification on project management would be a plus. Theoretical knowledge within logistics/SCM and process optimization is preferable. Expert in analysing business processes. Deep knowledge of LEAN principles. Fluent in English.
