About the Role

The Company is seeking a Site President/VP GM to lead its small but growing division specializing in CNC precision machined components. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a growing P&L and operations, engaging with customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the site meets or exceeds established metrics and customer expectations. This role requires a leader with a strong background in a CNC machining environment, including metal processing, coatings, painting, fabrication, and forging, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, defining and implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Applicants for the Site President/VP GM position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a CNC machining environment, with a focus on business acumen, operations, production, and manufacturing. The role demands a leader who can work closely with the executive team on forecasting, inventory management, production schedules, and budgetary forecasting. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with the executive team, customers, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic leader, capable of guiding the division's growth and ensuring that corporate goals and initiatives are met or exceeded.
