Overview Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Mt. Laurel, NJ office, with one remote day available after 90 days. Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal. Job Description Maintain positive client communication, including monthly treatment updates Request and manage medical records, bills, liens (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Workers Comp.), and PIP ledgers Review and summarize medical records and prepare billing summaries Draft and assemble demand packages to insurance adjusters Draft and e-file pleadings (Complaints, Motions, Arbitration Statements, Settlement Conference Memos) Draft Interrogatories, requests for production, admissions, supplemental discovery, and motions Organize and analyze discovery documents from plaintiffs and defendants Schedule depositions, arbitrations, expert exams, and case events Prepare settlement documents, distribution statements, and related filings Perform case management and track deadlines independently Support trial preparation as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff-side strongly preferred) Strong drafting, e-filing (NJ), and case management skills Familiarity with medical records, billing, and terminology preferred Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document management systems (FileVine or similar) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Bilingual Spanish a plus Why This Is a Great Opportunity Join a highly respected firm with a supportive, team-focused culture Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Hybrid flexibility: one remote workday per week after 90 days Direct involvement in meaningful personal injury litigation cases Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
