TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Hall 50 B Site Supervisor Lineside position in Greer, SC.Overall PurposeEnsure the quality service and support of all mission actives at a location they are assignedEnsure that all Company/Customer mission guidelines are being adhered to and meet quality standardsSupport and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMSReports toSite Manager / Regional ManagerResponsibilitiesClient relationship & Business developmentEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnelCommunicate with various stakeholders at the site levelEnsure clear and transparent communication to clientsOperationsSet up and supervise missions (the planning of daily activities including current operations, customer requests, and new projects).Staff missionsAssist with changes in missionsConduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performedPerform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to insure compliance to quality standards and specificationsComplete audits to ensure work instructions and policies are followedEnsure the techniques for determining non-conforming product are accurate and repeatableSupervise/Train/Mentor team membersCoordinate team members daily schedules/activities to ensure successful daily operationsDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidentsComply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policiesManage communication/pass down of daily activities and work order changes from Shift to ShiftOrganization & managementEnsure all site personnel receive corporate communicationsPartner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolutionAct as a liaison between Site Manager and team membersCreate and maintain a 5S/6S working environmentTechnicalUpdate daily system entries in company and Customer portalsCreate and maintain customer and company reportsAnalyze technical requirements for customer jobs/missions (existing or upcoming)Troubleshoot and problem solve with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spillsAssist as needed with the creation of electronic work instructions and have the ability to navigate company and customer websites and portalsLinesideManage training and performance of Associates and Leads regarding their Work OrdersDetermine the number of associates required to perform active Work Orders, and monitor scheduling and overtime Follow current TRIGO driven policies regarding Safety, Dress Code, and MutilationAssist QDLs in determining optimal Work Order locationsReview the JSA (Job Safety Analysis) completed by QDLs for all new Work Orders Ensure 8D corrective actions are properly rolled outRespond to accident/safety issues and communicate details to the Operations Manager and Site ManagerPerform tool hand-out and collections process dailyRespond timely to auditor findings through corrective actions, and assist the Quality Technician if requiredComplete/oversee employee clock in/out process Supervise takt time adherenceCommunicate any need for supplies to the local TRIGO officeMaintain accurate and thorough inspection data on TRIGO AppEnsure accurate and thorough data is entered in IPSQOtherAny other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, abilitiesHard skillsValues & attitudes· Full proficiency in local language· Proficiency in English· Computer skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook · Ability to lift/ move 50 lbs.· Writing work instructions· Comprehension level knowledge of zero defects and similar quality practices· Comprehension level of FIFO material flow applications· Ability to interpret blue print drawings preferred· Ability to travel as required (up to approx. 50%) Global team spirit· Team player· Caring for people· Open-mindedExcellence· Reactive· Resilient to pressure· RigorousCustomer focus· Client oriented· Reliable & trustworthy· FlexibleInitiative· Autonomous· Innovative· Daring Work experienceOverall recommendations2+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred2+ year in Quality related position preferred Education backgroundOverall recommendationsAssociate 's degree in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience About TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
