This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, Monday through Friday, with in-office collaboration required on Mondays and Fridays.
At this time, we are only considering candidates who live within a 30-mile radius of San Jose, CA, and hold either a US passport, a green card, or an immigrant visa.

As a Financial Professional, you will help clients navigate important financial decisions by providing personalized guidance and access to a broad range of insurance and investment solutions.

Full-time agents and their eligible dependents receive immediate access to full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
Compensation:$108,500+ annually at plan commission
Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance and investment solutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and the community, fostering trust and loyalty.
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify opportunities for clients to achieve financial security.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices for client engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
Manage your schedule effectively to balance in-office collaboration and client meetings, ensuring optimal productivity.
Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse communities, enhancing client understanding and satisfaction.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or other languages
