Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a mental health therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in group-based and individual treatment! This position focuses on providing group therapy for adolescent clients!
Our Mission : At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide accessible, skilled mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona. Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of therapists to also do so competently and confidently.

Your Role:
- Therapeutic Excellence: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Evidence-Based Care: Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.
- Group Therapy: Lead our nationally accredited group therapy programs 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours).
- Location: This role requires regular in-person attendance at the designated office location in accordance with an agreed-upon work schedule at the time of hire
Qualifications :
- Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
- Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
