Assistant Terminal Manager

We\'re partnering with a well-established organization to identify an Assistant Terminal Manager. This role is responsible for supporting terminal operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day management and growth of terminal operations Ensure DOT compliance, fleet maintenance, and safety program execution Oversee dispatch, inventory, and vendor relationships Partner with sales, operations, drivers, and customers to deliver exceptional service Qualifications: Experience in petroleum maintenance, terminal operations, or the lubricants required Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience required Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and the motor carrier environment Previous supervisory experience Must be available to provide 24/7 operational support as needed This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with strong leadership and long-term career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
