Senior FP&A Analyst

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing client to search for a Senior FP&A Analyst for their Houston, TX team. This role offers the opportunity to join a stable, high-performing organization with a flexible in-office environment. Core Responsibilities Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities while partnering closely with finance, accounting, and operational leaders. Analyze large financial and operational data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers. Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that improve visibility across the business. Prepare executive-level reporting, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support pricing, cost initiatives, and operational improvements. What You’ll Bring 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance experience, with a strong foundation in cost accounting. Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools. Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, such as JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, or OneStream.
