Compensation and Bonus Structure
- Total Compensation Package from $84500 to $119000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
- Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary performance bonuses mentorship bonuses and long-term ownership in the company.
- BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
Bonus Structure
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped meaning youll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
- Sign On Bonus: Up to $10000 based on start date and location.
- Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Masters in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance oversight and impact!
- Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
- Relocation Packages available: To ease the expenses of your transition.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
- Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work from home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours.
- Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays PTO CEU days and flex days-no guilt just rest.
- Manageable Caseloads: Youll support up to 8 children so youre set up to succeed without burning out.
