Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Schedule: Day Shift

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36, Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Current state nursing license
• AHA Provider Level BLS certification
• AHA Provider Level ACLS certification
• Education verification

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care based on the individual needs of the patient and physician orders.
• Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities.
• Uses clinical expertise to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
• Employs critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience.
