Allied / Tech - Physical TherapyShift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)Description: Home Health Physical Therapist Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required Locals within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate Reach out to AM for local rates 5x8 0800-1700 BLS required MD license required 2 years of experience required (must have OASIS E exp) Float to cover another zip code may be requested as needed Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment Service area: Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Charles County, St Marys County. Contractors are assigned to a group of zip codes in one of the counties- depending on staffing needs. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.58 per mile from the first patient of the day to the last patient of the day. Contractors should add their weekly miles to their time card submission. All home care clinicians and contractors use their personal vehicles.
