Sr. QA Lead / QA Team Lead / Manager

Sr. QA Lead / QA Team Lead / Manager - Must have SAP Testing , ERP Testing experience or a huge plus if they have worked in utility industry
Must be local to NJ and be able to work onsite , Hybrid work in Wall Township, NJ

The QA Lead / Manager is responsible for leading QA strategy, planning, and oversight across the Program, which involves diverse work streams including Oracle, SAP, and Maximo.
• Lead the QA functions within the program, including setting the QA strategy for the Program. Manage team of test analysts, prioritizing and directing work, providing feedback, and ensuring quality deliverables. Work with scrum teams, architecture, program and project leadership
• Guide objectives and manage phase containment across different test phases including Unit Test, Functional QA, Systems Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, End-to-End, and Data testing
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
• Identify test cases that could or should be automated and can be made part of the continuous delivery pipeline
• Develop an understanding of all integrated systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Maximo) that will be impacted by the implementation and develop strategy and plan for testing that will need to occur
Experience: Lead experience with testing and test leadership across multiple phases and types of testing, from planning through execution
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies
• Experience with Agile Scrum delivery and Waterfall delivery frameworks
• Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
• Experience with at least one of the following project and QA tools JIRA, Team / SharePoint, Test Suites such as Client Quality Center, Zephyr, or Selenium
• Experience with at least one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Java, JavaScript, Unix, XML)
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• This role should lead the development of structure, systems, and working with onshore/offshore employee and system integrated teams and test resources across teams, locations, and functions, including functional teams, integration, and data.
