Senior Demand Generation Manager

Owning the strategy and execution of demand generation efforts, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will manage paid media, agency partnerships, and SEO initiatives to drive pipeline growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own paid acquisition and performance marketing across various digital channels, optimizing for pipeline and customer acquisition cost (CAC) Manage performance marketing agency partners to ensure effective campaign execution and creative output Lead SEO and AI-driven discovery initiatives, focusing on technical SEO, content strategy, and overall site health Required qualifications 6+ years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise AI startup Proven track record of integrating AI software into marketing operations and automating workflows Experience managing paid digital budgets and owning a qualified enterprise pipeline Strong background in full-funnel marketing, including conversion rate optimization and email nurture streams Fluency in data analysis, including customer acquisition cost, payback periods, and multi-touch attribution
