Primary Position Requirements Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for gross profit, new activations, upgrades, wireless internet, smart phones, accessories and client satisfaction Obtain and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Wireless including pricing, plans, accessories, and all service features Provide client with world-class customer service while offering solutions based on recommendations to allow for a dynamic customer experience Retention of clients through the sales process and follow up to ensure stasifaction and referral throughout client life cycle Maintain a Premium Retail work environment at all times Job Requirements: High School Diploma Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services.
