Lead Accountant
MSH
Lead month-end closing, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations Oversee AP/AR and payroll functions Partner with business teams (operations, sales) to ensure accuracy of financial flows Leverage ERP systems and financial tools to enhance reporting and visibility Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards Supervise and develop accounting staff Support team members in implementing process improvements Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies Support ERP migration (data preparation, testing, validation) Support tax compliance and audits Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment) Strong understanding of accounting processes, GAAP, and IFRS ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics experience and previous involvement in ERP implementations/migrations is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead teams Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines Cross-functional communication skills Self-motivated to make a positive impact Proven ability to drive process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr MSH
