The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee daily operations at a Pvilion's 25000 sq ft manufacturing location, ensuring efficient production, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. This role involves managing the production team, coordinating with the design and engineering teams, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The manager will also optimize processes, control inventory, and handle supplier coordination to support seamless operations. Occasional travel to external fabricators may be required to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and schedules
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Control inventory and coordinate shipping and receiving
• Train, supervise, and lead the production team
• Maintain safety compliance across all operational areas
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely materials delivery
• Prepare reports on operational performance
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Strong quality systems background
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Production Planning
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Supply Chain Management
• Proven team leadership and process improvement skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to comprehend manufacturing drawings
• Familiarity with ISO9000 standards
• OSHA 30 Ceritidied
