Operating Room RN Required 2 years experience including scrub*heavy ortho and DaVinci robot cases There is Call FL or compact license BLS Epic preferred if there is a hit, check with AM NOTE: automatic redirect for felony, misdemeanor (including DUI or DWI), or for controlled med violations 2 years minimum experience in the specialty automatic redirect if less than 24 months Required FL or compact license in hand Required FL or compact LPN/LVN license in hand Required FL CNA license in hand All allied positions require state or national certification and/or license References Required Locals accepted at same bill rate Attach Nursys when submitting (pulled within the last 2 weeks) Cerner or Epic charting experience REQUIRED Facility will not accept hits for felony, misdemeanor (including DUI or DWI) or for controlled meds violations. Former permanent staff must be gone 12 months to come back as a traveler.
