2+ years of dental assisting experience Perio experience required Knowledge of periodontal procedures and treatment Experience assisting with scaling/root planing and periodontal maintenance Familiarity with dental instruments, sterilization, and infection-control protocols Ability to take dental X-rays Comfortable assisting during surgical and routine dental procedures Knowledge of dental charting and treatment documentation Dentrix experience is a plus Excellent communication and patient-service skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Must be a team player with a positive attitude We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Experienced and confident in the clinical setting Professional and patient-focused Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently A strong communicator Willing to assist wherever needed Passionate about providing excellent patient care Responsibilities Chairside assisting Periodontal procedures and maintenance Patient preparation and education Taking dental X-rays Instrument setup and sterilization Maintaining operatory cleanliness and infection-control standards Updating patient charts Preparing materials and instruments for procedures Supporting the dentist and hygiene team Providing a welcoming and professional experience for patients \nCompany Description

We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice seeking a reliable dental professional who is proficient in Dentrix software and can support clinical and periodontal operations as needed. Looking to fill a full time position, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m, Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.. with a one hour lunch break Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday.
