365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL‑A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Southaven, MS area for a paid 4–6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This program provides hands‑on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes serving the Midwest and Eastern United States. Candidates should be ready to develop safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role.

What this lane offers:

• Paid 4–6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

• Regional routes originating from Southaven and serving the Midwest and East

Route details:

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills

• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours‑of‑service requirements
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre‑employment screenings
• Safety‑first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over‑the‑road experience required
