Welcome clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions and requests Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient hospital calendar Check clients and patients in and out of the hospital Maintain accurate client and patient information Process payments and assist with front-desk transactions Communicate hospital policies, services, and general information clearly and professionally Coordinate with veterinarians and medical team members to support an efficient patient and client experience Communicate with clients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and patient care needs Provide compassionate support during sensitive or emotional situations Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional client service Take initiative and jump in wherever needed to help the hospital run smoothly What You'll Bring Exceptional communication and outstanding client service are at the heart of this position.
