The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all OOH channels too, including traditional, digital & programmatic. Our Senior Buyer roles are the critical thread connecting the marketplace to client goals and outcomes. In this role your understanding of marketplace pricing and dynamics will be pivotal to our success.

As a Senior Buyer, you will:

• Assist team with RFP & buying process including organizing & compiling proposals, mapping, building plan recommendations & PPT decks, and contracting buys.
• Work closely with the Client Leads to understand key client initiatives and timelines to proactively prioritize and manage workload.
• Work with Client Leads to adhere to the most updated client buying guidelines for assigned clients.
• Provide required reporting to Client Lead.
• Integrate PMX Partner deals within schedules for OOH.
• Monitor and optimize delivery of OOH investments within in flight when current data is available.
• Inform Client Leads of any issues with a PMX Partner's ability to deliver against any seller deal KPIs.
• Drive added value and ensure vendors are adhering to the delivery.
• Provide key data to marketplace behaviors throughout the year.
• Contribute on collaboration to develop seller deals with Client Leads and IC Leads.
• Mentor and train junior team members on negotiating strategies across OOH.
• Be agency subject matter expert on media negotiation training.

This could be an outstanding opportunity for you if you have 4-5 years of experience negotiating OOH Investment and are great with people; If you are approachable, collaborative, responsible and accountable; If you exhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skills; If you have an intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience with OX and MediaX media platforms; If you have a strong understanding of OOH measurement (Geopath).

Responsibilities:

• Build schedules for high complexity clients with large scale market lists based on client guidelines for OOH.
• Work closely with the Client Leads to understand key client initiatives and timelines to proactively prioritize and manage workload.
• Collaborate with Client Leads to leverage PMX benchmarks within OOH campaigns.
• Manage delivery against benchmarks.
• Work with Client Leads to adhere to the most updated client buying guidelines for assigned clients.
• Build schedules based on client guidelines for OOH.
• Provide required reporting to Client Lead.
• Integrate PMX Partner deals within schedules for OOH.
• Monitor and optimize delivery of OOH investments within in flight when current data is available.
• Conduct all post buy performance tasks, including but not limited to POP and final delivery reporting.
• Inform Client Leads of any issues with a PMX Partner's ability to deliver against any seller deal KPIs.
• Drive added value and ensure partners are adhering to the delivery.
• Provide key data to marketplace behaviors throughout the year.
• Contribute on collaboration to develop seller deals with Client Leads and IC Leads.
• Monitor and inform Client Leads of marketplace pricing updates.
• Mentor and train junior team members on negotiating strategies across OOH.
• Successfully complete Media training beyond the 101 level.
• Be agency subject matter expert on media negotiation training.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 Years negotiating OOH Investment
• Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively

• Experience with various media platforms (Media Ocean SpectraOX & MediaX), Geopath, Telmar)
• Experience with Digital Programmatic OOH preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually.
