Applications from candidates residing outside the USA will not be accepted.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years with Bachelors degreeBS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.Experience with developing, configuring, and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or any other cloud platform.Notes: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Benefits: Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
