Drive execution of events and activities that support Adobe’s global wellbeing and benefits strategy Coordinate across internal teams including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, Diversity & Inclusion, Safety & Security, and Employee Resource Center Support employee engagement initiatives, onsite activities, and communications programs throughout the year Collect and evaluate program data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve performance standards Maintain and update program documentation and collateral for both internal and external audiences Handle escalations and requests related to policy interpretation from vendors and internal client-facing teams Gather and organize content for quarterly toolkits supporting U.S. and global teams Partner with Employee Communications and external communication consultants to support rollout of employee-facing programs and messaging Job Details Program Coordinator (Contract) Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid) Duration: 1 Year Team: Global Rewards Job Description Drive execution of events and activities that support Adobe’s global wellbeing and benefits strategy Coordinate across internal teams including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, Diversity & Inclusion, Safety & Security, and Employee Resource Center Support employee engagement initiatives, onsite activities, and communications programs throughout the year Collect and evaluate program data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve performance standards Maintain and update program documentation and collateral for both internal and external audiences Handle escalations and requests related to policy interpretation from vendors and internal client-facing teams Gather and organize content for quarterly toolkits supporting U.S. and global teams Partner with Employee Communications and external communication consultants to support rollout of employee-facing programs and messaging Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing communications, engagement programs, and onsite event activities Strong project coordination and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with global teams and stakeholders Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Comfortable operating with ambiguity and self-direction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow preferred Experience with case management tracking systems preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred Compensation Pay Rate: $56.34/hr Requisition ID: 37225947 #J-18808-Ljbffr
